There’s nothing quite like a sunrise engagement session on one of the sandy beaches of Oahu! The waves crashing on the shore, your feet in the cool sand, the sun rising on the mountains in the distance, all while you and the love of your life get to celebrate a new chapter of your lives together. It’s an incredible experience, which is why I can’t wait to share Makenzie and Lance’s session with you all!

Lance and Makenzi’s Engagement Session

Makenzie and Lance headed out to one of Oahu’s incredible beaches at sunrise for the start of their engagement session. It’s no secret that golden hour is my favorite time for an engagement session on the beach, and sunrise is secretly the best time to do it! With a sunrise session you’re able to have the entire beach practically to yourself, which was exactly the case for Makenzie and Lance’s session! These two were a treat to work with. They planned in three separate outfits for their session which gives their album quite a bit of variety. We spent time walking along the shore, sitting in the sand, and relaxing in the fields near the beach. All in all it was a dreamy session and the perfect way to capture these two’s love for one another!
