From the start I could tell that each detail of Mariel and Mick’s wedding day at Kukui’ula on Kauai was going to be immaculate. From the floral themes, the intentional and beautiful décor, even down to the island and venue choice, these two could not have created a day more perfectly suited for them. 

Getting Ready and Their Ceremony

Both Mariel and Mick got ready for their wedding day separately so they wouldn’t see each other before their ceremony. With the help of their friends and family along with their incredible team of vendors both Mariel and Mick were looking stunning for their wedding day. Flowers were a HUGE part of their wedding day. From the ceremony decorations, the flower print plates of their reception, and even Mariel’s dress, they were everywhere and it was honestly jaw dropping. Their ceremony took place underneath this huge tree, and then with the aisle lined with floral décor and the aisle itself covered in petals the setting was just right for them to say I do. After their ceremony as well as some time for family portraits it was time to make our way to their wedding reception at Kukui’ula on Kauai.

Wedding Reception at Kukui’ula on Kauai

Like I said before, the details of Mariel and Mick’s wedding day all came together beautifully. They put so much thought, care, and effort into crafting this perfect celebration of this next chapter of life together! Mariel and Mick made a grand entrance into their wedding reception. Walking through the main club house at Kukui’ula on Kauai they were able to look out over and walk down to their wedding reception space which was filled with all of their loved ones. It was an amazing way to kick off the festivities. Cocktail hour was followed by a night of speeches, dancing and laughing underneath the string lights and flowers that decorated their tent space. 

Mariel and Mick’s wedding felt like something straight out of a dream. Each moment as well as every detail of their day came together beautifully. Mariel and Mick excelled in creating a celebration that they’ll be able to cherish for the rest of their lives! I’m so glad to have been a part of their wedding day at Kukui’ula on Kauai which has now easily become one of my favorites on the island.
