Wedding days at Loulu Palm on Oahu are already some of my absolute favorites to photograph throughout all of the Hawaiian Islands. Logan and Tamara’s wedding though was next level. Between all of the details and thoughts that went into their wedding day paired with the STUNNING decorations incorporated into their ceremony and reception, I am SO in love with their day and I am so excited to share it with you.

Getting Ready for Their Day

Tamara and Logan spent the morning of their wedding getting ready separately with their family and friends surrounding them. Having your closest people with you as you get ready for your wedding is always SUCH a good time. There’s so much excitement in the air and good vibes all around, it really sets the tone for what is to be one of the best days of your life! Once both Tamara and Logan were ready it was time to meet up so the two of them could have a first look. Once Tamara tapped Logan on the shoulder he turned around and they both let out the biggest smiles! We had a little bit of time for some portraits before their wedding ceremony at their venue Loulu Palm began.

Their Wedding Ceremony at Loulu Palm

Loulu Palm is one of my favorite wedding venues on Oahu for a number of reasons, one of them being its gorgeous ceremony space. With the beach on one side directly behind the couple, lush rolling hills on the other side, and a wide open field for the ceremony space it really is the perfect setting for a wedding day. Speaking of perfect, we had a bit of overcast during Tamara and Logan’s ceremony which gave us the perfect lighting for their ceremony photos! I also have to mention the stunning ceremony arch put together by La Flor Events as it really tied the whole space together.

Tamara and Logan’s ceremony was equally, if not more beautiful than the setting it took place in. It was an emotional ceremony with SO many smiles and even some tears of joy shed. Once Tamara and Logan had said their vows and were officially newlyweds they exited the ceremony literally bursting with joy. It was so great to see them and their guests all so happy and excited to celebrate their love for one another. Next on the agenda was their wedding reception which Loulu Palm conveniently has set up in the same grass field as their ceremony space.

Wedding Portraits and Their Reception at Loulu Palm

We had a bit of rain at the start of Tamara and Logan’s reception, but it passed by us pretty quickly, and with everyone on cloud nine with excitement for the newlyweds we were all completely unfazed by it. Tamara and Logan spent some time mingling with their guests and enjoying themselves before the three of us snuck away for some sunset portraits on the beach. Just yet another great feature of Loulu Palm as a wedding venue is its easy access to the beach for those gorgeous Hawaiian sunset photos that I’m forever in love with. After their portraits on the beach, we made our way back to the reception where Tamara and Logan spent their night dancing and having the best time with their friends and family.

I seriously can’t get over Tamara and Logan’s wedding day at Loulu Palm and how perfectly it all came together. The day was beautiful and so much fun from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier for these two! For more love stories like theirs be sure to check out my blog page here.
