Kylee and Brenden’s wedding day at La Pietra on Oahu was a magical, beautiful, and almost surreal experience. The love these two share is palpable, as they make the most of every moment together. The setting of La Pietra was a literal dream location for their day, a gorgeous wedding venue that feels like you’re at a European Villa. From start to finish Kylee and Brenden’s wedding was an absolute joy to document, and I can’t wait for you all to experience it here with me!

The Start of Their Wedding at La Pietra

My day with Kylee and Brenden began with me meeting up with Kylee and her wedding party for some getting ready photos. From the very start of the day it was clear just how important this day was for Kylee, and how much she was looking forward to this next chapter of life with Brenden. These two have SUCH a beautiful love for one another, and it shines through even in moments like this when they’re apart. Once Kylee was in her stunning wedding dress we made our way to La Pietra for the start of their wedding day.

La Pietra feels as though it was taken straight out of the European countryside, and if it weren’t for the palm trees swaying overhead it’d be impossible to tell otherwise! After a first look that was as beautiful as the space we found ourselves in, Kylee and Brenden were ready to get their wedding ceremony underway.

European Style on the Island of Oahu

The front courtyard of La Pietra was chosen as the site for Kylee and Brenden’s wedding ceremony, and let me just take a moment to appreciate this space. The beautiful villa of La Pietra in the background, the immaculate landscaping around the courtyard, the classic stonework of the space, it really is a unlike anything else on Oahu! The breathtaking space was perfect for a wedding ceremony that was equally as beautiful. The way both Kylee and Brenden literally light up when they see one another, I can’t get over it! There was no shortage of joy throughout their ceremony, and it all culminated with the first kiss between these two wonderful people. With a night of celebrating with their favorite people ahead of them, Kylee and Brenden made their exit so we could get their newlywed portraits underway.

An Unforgettable Wedding Reception at La Pietra

Following their newlywed, family, and wedding party portraits on the beautiful grounds of La Pietra, it was now time to get the party started! Kylee and Brenden were able to enjoy the tail end of cocktail hour in the phenomenal central courtyard of La Pietra. I know I keep saying this, but it still amazes me how this wedding venue is actually on Oahu and not somewhere in the Italian countryside! Later on everyone made their way to the fantastic and spacious backyard of La Pietra for the wedding reception. The beauty, energy, and endless showings of love made this night something truly special for Kylee and Brenden. 

I’m just SO happy that I got to be a part of this absolute dream of a wedding day at La Pietra. Kylee and Brenden have such an amazing love for one another, and it’s hard to imagine a more fitting space to celebrate it.
